You can overcome anxiety, distress, and depression with support. My integrative approach bridges psychotherapy with somatic work to support your emotional balance and forward movement in life.

I specialize in working with neurodiverse people experiencing ADHD, anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma, and grief. Using evidence-based modalities alongside somatic therapy, we address the ways stress, trauma, and emotion live in the body to help you reconnect with yourself on a deeper level.

The mind and the body are one, though dissociation can make us feel fragmented, scattered, and overly in our thoughts or bodies. Somatic manifestations of overwhelm can show up as panic, shortness of breath, muscle tension, problems with digestion, and other forms of physical pain. My approach focuses on understanding sensory experience as a protective response to psychological disturbance. When we explore what we feel on a sensory level as it relates to the psychological journey of making sense of life, we find that the body is guiding us to deeper understanding and a sense of balance. Holistic understanding of emotions, body sensations, memories, and thoughts support you to know yourself with clarity and to determine the tools that help you adapt to your challenges with self compassion.

Whether you’re feeling blocked, emotionally overwhelmed, or ready to step into your next chapter, I offer a space for both healing and forward momentum, grounded in the mind-body connection.
